Responsibilities of the Director of Business Development will include:

• Overseeing the firm's communications, marketing and business development efforts
• Managing client relationships and leads
• Developing marketing materials
• Managing all press and exhibition activity, and awards submissions

• 8+ years business development experience with demonstrated experience in the Architecture & Engineering community
• Well-spoken, highly organized, and motivated
• Capable of multi-tasking and working within an intense, collaborative, and creative environment
• Thorough and detail-oriented
• Ability to independently oversee multiple short and long-term efforts through to completion
