Mitch has been with The Execu|Search Group since 1993, and is the Partner in charge of the firm's permanent placement divisions for financial services and human resources.

His approach to business is simple – “Be professional. Be ethical. Lead by example. And, most importantly, make it a priority to always treat clients and candidates fairly.”

Before joining the firm, Mitch worked at leading Wall Street brokerage firms, and, earlier in his career, in public accounting. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from The State University of New York at New Paltz.

Mitch lives with his wife and two daughters in Rockland County where he coaches his daughters’ basketball and softball teams. He is also an avid golfer.
