The Execu|Search Group is the City of New York and the Tri-State Area's leading recruitment, temporary/consulting, and retained search firm. Since opening our doors in 1985, we've grown to service several practice areas, while ensuring that our core goal of providing leading employers with the highest caliber talent remains the same.

Our three offices (New York City, Bridgewater, New Jersey and Purchase, New York) employ approximately 100 people. As a result, we have been named one the "Top 50 Places to Work in New York City" by Crain's Magazine. Offering both short- and long-term assignments, as well as temporary-to-full-time placements. Also included among our temporary opportunities are per diem, project, freelance, seasonal, and contract jobs. - Retained Search
Focusing on the placement of C-level executives for high-level positions across multiple industries.
